Archives For Juicing

A beautiful way to start any morning!

1 apple
1 orange, peeled
1/2 lime, peeled
1/4 pineapple
3 carrots, peeled
8 strawberries

Follow the directions for your juicer. Juice and enjoy!

On a side note, I love using the Blender Bottle for my juices! A quick little shake mixes it up whenever it begins to separate. Plus it’s easy to take when traveling.

Grapefruit and Pear Juice

February 3, 2012

This is, hands down, the most foul looking juice. It tasted wonderful {as long as I had my eyes closed}. Try at your own risk?

1 grapefruit, peeled
1 cucumber, peeled
1 pear
1 apple
4 carrots, peeled
Handful of spinach leaves

Follow the directions for your juicer. Juice and enjoy!

Sweet Greens

February 2, 2012

I’m pretty sure I just made this one up on my own based on what I had in the kitchen at the time. It was good but separated easily. Just had to stir it with a straw every so often.

Handful of kale leaves
3 kiwi
1 green apple
1 pear

Follow directions for your juicer. Juice and enjoy!

Morning Zinger

I don’t think I can fully describe how good this particular recipe is. If you are hesitant to start juicing then begin with this one!

10 strawberries, tops removed
2 apples
1 lemon, peeled
2 carrots, peeled
1 pint of blueberries

Follow the directions from your juicer. Juice and enjoy!

This recipe comes from the Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead documentary. It may not look appetizing but it’s delicious!

1 cucumber, peeled
4 stalks of celery
1 lemon, peeled
2 green apples
1 thumb of ginger

Follow the directions from your juicer. Juice and enjoy!

Blessings!
